Victoria Beckham offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and personalized products, are non-returnable due to hygiene and bespoke requirements.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them within the original shipping box to ensure products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Track

  Drop off your package at a local DHL service point or schedule a collection via the DHL website, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
